3. Recipient Rights

Anyone who receives a campaign sent through Pigeon Mailer may opt out at any time via the unsubscribe link in the email or through our public Block My Email tool. Once blocked or unsubscribed, that address will not receive further campaigns from any sender on our platform.

4. Data Sharing

Service providers who help us operate infrastructure, process payments, or deliver email (bound by confidentiality obligations)
Legal authorities, when required to comply with a valid legal request under Bangladeshi law
Successor entities, in the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, with notice to affected users
